*In order to receive the member discount your APRA membership must be current and paid in full. The member discount is based on each person's individual membership status, not your agency. **Late registrations are not guaranteed to receive all items including but not limited to lunch and social tickets, they will be based on availability.

Additional Details Related to Registration
Pre-Conference Seminars are all-day workshops held on Tuesday, August 8, presented by leading national professionals. There are separate fees to attend a Pre-Conference Seminar. Pre-Conference seminars are scheduled from 8 AM – 4 PM with an hour for lunch from 12 PM – 1 PM. Lunch is not included in registration fee.
APRA is looking for volunteers to serve in many capacities. Each volunteer is required to work a minimum of 4 hours. In exchange for volunteering onsite, volunteers will receive a 25% discount on their APRA 2017 registration. More details can be found on the volunteers page of the website.
If you are interested, please register as usual and check the box to be contacted by the Volunteer Coordinator, Jan Sherwood. After approval your account will be adjusted with the discounted fee, please do not make payment until your account has been adjusted with the discount.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
A refund for half of the amount of the registration fee will be granted to cancellations made in writing on or before June 9, 2017. Name changes and substitutions are allowed with no additional fee but details must be sent in writing to the APRA Office no later than August 1. Regrettably, no refunds will be given on cancellations received on or after June 10. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

Purchase Order Payment Policy
If your organization is required to submit a purchase order for payment, please send the approved purchase order document with registration invoice to the APRA Office. Purchase Orders are not considered a form of payment and are subject to the Cancellation Policy.
All accounts are required to be paid in full no later than August 1, 2017. Payments received after August 1, 2017, will not receive entrance to the conference unless payment in full is made on-site.
