This training takes today's existing teen programming and offers a fresh new perspective on programs that not only work, but also create meaningful experiences for teens. Participants will learn strategies for interacting with teens and setting behavioral expectations. It also touches upon various ways to adapt and better connect with adolescents.

In this training, attendees will learn to create teen programming based on specific teen populations group sizes and space. Attendees will be introduced to at least 4 projects that encourage collaborative hands-on teen programming and ways to effectively plan around teen interest. They will have the opportunity to problem solve multiple behavior scenarios to positive resolution. They will encouraged to ask questions and add feedback to each topic discussed, 

*Participants will take away examples of activities to add to their teen programming. All information and materials used in the training will be left on a designated table to review and take with them. Approved for .01 CEU's
