I have not received the welcome email to set up my profile (aka. The Magic Link)

All the emails sent from Swapcard are sent from  It is possible that this email ended in your Spam folder. If not, check that the email address you are using is correct and contact . The Endless production team will then send you a Magic Link personally.

It is sometimes possible that the email address used to send communications is blocked by your professional mailbox.

If several people from the same company participate in the event and none of them receives the Magic Link, please ask your IT department to authorize the email address to facilitate future communications.

Note that we do not send commercial emails.

How do I watch the post conference recorded sessions?

Links and log in details used to attend live conference will remain active through October 30. 

I am having trouble with streaming audio, I can’t hear the speaker through my computer speakers, the streaming stopped… what do I do?

  1. If you are not able to hear any audio through your computer speakers first check to make sure your speakers are not muted or turned off.  
  2. The next step is to refresh your screen by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard or clicking the “refresh” button in your web browser.

How do I access the sessions?

You should have received a confirmation email with detailed instructions labeled, "APRA 70th Annual Conference and Expo", it would have been set from If you have not received, be sure to check SPAM/JUNK folder. Within that email there is a link which directs you to the set up your profile. 

Alternatively, you can access directly by using this link if you have already set up an individual profile.

Will I be able to view the recorded archive of these virtual conference sessions?

The virtual sessions are being recorded and all registrants of #APRA20Virtual Conference will have access to them through the end of October. All sessions will be posted the day after the live session takes place. The process will be similar to how you login for the live programs, but you will be able to view at your convenience. 

The slides are not loading; I can’t see the slides, other technical issues.

Other Recommendations: It is recommended that you use a PC or MAC with an updated Internet Browser. Make sure you have pop-ups blockers disabled in your Internet browser settings. 

A wired connection gives a consistent signal and consistent bandwidth. A wired connection provides a better experience. Audio (sound) is projected through your computer speakers. Be sure your computer is equipped with speakers or the room where the conference is being broadcast is equipped with speakers  so you can hear the presenters.

What can I access on the "My Event" button?

The My Event button is each users individual profile, bookmarked vendors, 1:1 meeting schedule, chat conversations, marked sessions etc; "Attendees" is a list of all attendees.

What can I access on the "APRA Live" button?

The "APRA Live"  button includes all sessions that are live at that time, plus any interstitial content viewable during the breaks between sessions. If you have not selected to attend a specific session the system has machine learning that will automatically direct you to the next available session it assumes you would like to attend. If you are not interested in that particular session simply log out. 

Can I download speaker PowerPoint presentations?

Yes, you will find a link to download a copy of each speaker power point (if available) in the session or under the speaker personal profile.
