Agencies can submit multiple submittals; however, the same program cannot win multiple categories.
*Community or Neighborhood Special Event
*population of 25,000 or less
*population of 25,001 to 100,000
*population of 100,001 or more
*populations 25k and under
populations 25k-100k
populations 100k and up
One form per submission and payment is required with a credit card before the form can be sent.
