The Annual Arizona Parks and Recreation Association Conference & Expo is the premier education, networking, and exhibition event where we celebrate and educate Arizona's park and recreation professionals. Our event draws a variety of participants, including park and recreation professionals, elected officials, and commission members from across the state of Arizona and our Western counterparts. STUDENT ENGAGEMENT SPONSOR - $100

This “add-on” is available to all sponsors and exhibitors in an effort to support the early engagement of students interested in the field of parks and recreation. APRA would like to offer the opportunity to those who may not be financially available to attend a one-day conference experience. This option will be available as an add-on during the vendor registration process.

Booth Reservation Process

The APRA Annual Conference is the largest gathering of park and recreation professionals in the State of Arizona, and the best event for companies to showcase their products and services to hundreds of people with purchasing power from the park and recreation field and beyond.


REGISTRATION INFORMATION

BOOTH OPTIONS

  • 10 x 10 Standard ($1,250) booth space 
  • 10 x 10 Premium ($1,750) booth space 


REGISTRATION INCLUDES

  • (1) draped table, (2) chairs, (1) draped backdrop, side railings, an I.D. sign with the company name/booth number, and (1) trash can. 
  • (2) Exhibitor Badges* 
    • Badge includes lunch on Wednesday
    • Entry will be limited to the expo hall only. Attendance at other conference related activities require registration before the deadlines indicated. Certain sponsored events will be limited to invite by the sponsor only.  

*  Additional badges can be ordered when names are collected late June: $100 per badge, includes lunch on Wednesday.

     * *  ALL EXHIBITOR NAMES will be collected on the above collection form to ensure each staff member has the correct badge. Last minute changes to

           staff will provided with a generic EXHIBITOR badge at check-in. 


SPECIAL NOTES

  • Send Certificate of Insurance. Read requirements carefully to ensure specific requests located in the exhibitor agreement are included in the policy. An eCertificate needs to be sent to admin@azpra.org
  • Vendor badges are required to enter the exhibit hall; if more than two badges are needed for staff, you must register in advance. A link will be created in June before the event. Each additional badge will be $100.
  • To ensure information is communicated to the proper person attending the event, if the person registering is different from the onsite staff working the booth, please let the expo hall chair know so we can ensure the correct staff receives the information. 

REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEP 1. View the floor plan and select your preferred space number(s).

    Have a backup in case your preferred space is already reserved. 


2025 Exhibit Hall Layout

STEP 2. Contact Exhibit Hall Chair Dawnee Moreno to discuss booth space and/or sponsorship request. Once booth space(s) are confirmed with Dawnee, complete the Exhibitor Agreement form. 


STEP 3. Complete the Exhibitor Agreement using the link below. THIS IS NOT YOUR REGISTRATION!

STEP 4. After completing the Exhibitor Agreement, an autogenerated email reply will be sent to the email you list in the form. The reply message will contain the registration link and code. 


Registration and payment must be completed within 3 business days of receipt of the link. Any reserve status booths that remain unpaid after the grace period will automatically be released and open to others for purchase.


 All payments must be processed on-line using a credit card, debit card within 15 minutes of registration

or the system will automatically cancel. If paying via ACH, please email the office ASAP with confirmation details.

Load-in will occur at the door near the main entrance to the Conference Center.

Pull into the circle drive and walk items through the doors into the Expo Hall.
