Am I eligible for the APRA Member Rate?

In order to receive the member discount you must be a current member paid in full. You must be logged into you account BEFORE you register so the system recognizes you.

How do I print my invoice?

Log into your personal account. Click VIEW PROFILE then click the INVOICES and PAYMENTS button.

Volunteer Registrations

Volunteers receive a discounted rate in exchange for volunteering. A 25% discount off of your conference registration rate will be given with a minimum of 4-hours of service. Please complete the regular conference registration process and check the box to be contacted by the Volunteer Coordinator, after approval the appropriate discount will be applied to your account. (A limited number of volunteers will be taken)

What types of volunteers are needed?

Sunday and Thursday   Load and Unload at the APRA Office/Hotel
Monday Golf and Registration Desk, Vendor Load In 
Wednesday   Registration Desk(s), Room Hosts, Evening Social
Thursday   Registration Desk(s), Room Hosts, Awards Banquet 

What additional activities are available for purchase?

  • Socials  - $50 per event
  • CEU's   - $15 per day
  • Golf Tournament  - $100 per player
  • Awards Banquet Tickets  - $85 per person
  • Additional Lunch Tickets - $50 per ticket
All of these items need to be pre-purchased. You cannot purchase these items on-site.

Can I register other staff in my office?

Yes, you can add guests to your registrations. However, members are only allowed to add current members as a guest on their registration. Non-members have a separate registration link. 

Will on-site conference registrations be taken?

On-site delegate registrations will be available. You are not guaranteed to receive extra items such as meal tickets based on availability. Awards and lunch tickets will not be sold on-site. Late registration fees can be found here

Can I make changes to my registration?

Yes, changes can be made, but must be sent in writing to the APRA office no later than July 13, 2018 and a $25 admin fee will be charged for any changes to your original registration and all cancellation policies still apply. FOR ALL TERMS OR REGISTRATION CLICK HERE

What do I do with my CEU form?

CEU forms will be collected at the Registration desk during open hours. 

CEU forms can also be sent to our CEU Chair, Franz Fuhrman for approval. Please scan and email directly to Franz at  

Can I purchase CEU's on-site?

Yes, forms will be available at the main registration desk, cost for CEU forms are $15.00 per day.


What is the new Reverse Trade Show offered this year?

This year APRA will be continuing a newer element allowing participating exhibit hall vendors to meet face-to face with agency procurement staff and decision makers. Think of it as a speed dating session for businesses. State Agencies will be allowed two staff to attend, we are asking they provide vendors the opportunity to view upcoming projects, learn how hi to navigate their purchasing process and better understand their needs.

Can I preview the conference daily schedule? 

Yes, we have developed an app available for all smartphones, download the app by searching the Google Play or Apple App Store and search for "APRA Conference 2018" OR check the link on the Mobile App page of the website where you can find a link to an on-line schedule.


When can I pick up my delegate bag?

The registration desk will be open the following hours:

  • Monday, July 23  1:00 - 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday, July 24      7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday, July 25   7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Is Wi-Fi available?

If you are staying on property Wi-Fi is complimentary in the guest rooms and certain portions of the hotel grounds. Wi-Fi in the conference area will need to be purchased directly from the hotel.

I want to attend the Awards Banquet, do I need a ticket?

Yes, a ticket is required to attend the awards banquet. A ticket is included in the full conference registration. Single day registrations and guests can purchase tickets separately.

Tickets for the Awards Banquet are $85.00 and must be purchased before July 13th. Tickets will not be sold on-site.

My agency won't allow me to pay for conference until after the start of our fiscal year in July, can I still register?

Yes, you can still register. Click the "Pay with Check or PO" option at the end of your registration (available for members only). 

Purchase Orders are not considered payment. Send copy of approved PO to

All payments need to be received in the APRA Office no later than July 16, 2018. Any account with outstanding balances will not receive conference packets unless payment is made on-site. The only exception will be current member agencies can send an approved PO to the APRA office so a note can be made on your account.

Do I need to wear my delegate badge?

Yes, you will be required to wear your delegate badges throughout conference at all events, education sessions and other activities. If you are not wearing one, volunteers or staff will ask that you retrieve you badge in order to enter. If you loose your badge a replacement can be obtained at the registration desk for a nominal fee.
