Tuesday, August 22 1: 00 - 4:30 pm Vendor Check-In, Booth Load-In and Set-Up

Wednesday, August 23 8:30 am - 12:00 pm Vendor Check-In, Booth Load-In and Set-Up
Check-in with both the CONV-SI rep and APRA Exhibit Hall Chair, Linda Ayres

1:30 pm - 4:00 pm Exhibit Hall Open (attendees and invited guests)
Thursday, August 24 11:15 pm - 2:00 pm Exhibit Hall Open (attendees only)
2:30 pm - 4:30 pm Exhibitor Tear-Down and Move Out

Vendor Load-In/Out Details

Load-in will occur at the loading dock door near the main entrance to the Conference Center.

Renaissance Glendale Hotel | Event / Media Center

9495 W. Coyotes Blvd | Glendale, AZ 85305

The resort does not have carts available, please make sure you have a way to load in/out items.

The dock door is 20ft x 20ft

Access to the dock door must be scheduled with Matt from CSI in advance.

The hotel will not allow the door to remain open during the hot summer months.

Unless you have large equipment, unload and use the doors in the roundabout.

Use the Excel file in the link above to place order, it will calculate all the fees and give correct pricing automatically. Once complete, the form should be sent directly Rozelia for processing. After hotel processes the information is sent to the Encore staff to deliver the services to the exhibitor for the event.
