Program Submission Process

APRA Event Requests

The APRA Board of Directors has designated funding to support the professional development goals of its membership through APRA TEAMS. Members are encouraged to create, organize, and execute professional opportunities by way of: trainings, workshops, special events, tournaments, roundtables, panel discussions, and networking and/or social events. APRA requires a minimum of 8-weeks' notice for any event requests but recommends at least 3 months’ notice to help market and make your event a success.

It is the duty of the APRA Program Committee to design and implement a comprehensive submission and approval process, define measurable program evaluation criteria, and provide financial oversight for all Association sanctioned activities, events and educational programs provided to the membership.

Follow the steps and links below to submit your request. When completed, the APRA Event Request is automatically sent to the Programming Committee Chair and APRA Staff to include in the upcoming review.

The Programming Committee meets on the first Thursday of every month so please plan to have your event considered in a timely manner.
