Lunch will be provided by the Sports & Aquatics Branch 
The meeting is sponsored by the Arizona Parks and Recreation Association Sports & Aquatics Branch and will act as part of the Municipal Agency Tournament Network annual group meeting.
 
CEU’s will be available. Registration is required.
 
TOPICS NEEDED  
Current Topics will include:
·   Field Allocations
o   Youth Sports Organizations using your facilities
o   More organizations than you have space for want to use your turf
o   Allocation policies and procedures
·   Organizations Practicing in Neighborhood Parks

with other items you would like to have discussed. Even if you do not plan to attend the round table, please offer suggestions for “hot topics” that pertain to tournament or league play in your geographic area, IE, Use of Officials, Fees, Concessions, Maintenance Issues/Concerns etc.
