65th Annual APRA Conference Registration

Base fee:
Add-On Lunch Ticket – $35.00
One additional lunch ticket
Add-On Wednesday Evening Social Event – $65.00
For those not enrolled in a full conference package you will need a ticket to attend this event.
Fun, games, food and entertainment at "The Last Territory" on property at the Hilton El Conquistador Resort. Dinner included.
Awards Gala at the Fox Theater – $25.00
You are required to have a reservation.
Please register each person who plans to attend under individual name so they can check-in upon arrival.
Board and Commissions Day Registration – $120.00
Includes (3) sessions geared toward those participating on board and commissions, directors and managers.
Wednesday Lunch, Tuesday evening social and awards gala with transportation to venue included in the cost of registration.
Member - Full Conference – $400.00
Includes Wed/Thurs lunches, (3) socials, education and general sessions, transportation and admission to awards gala at the Fox Theater, exhibit hall and (1) drink ticket at Fox theater.
Member - Maintenance Day – $100.00
Registrations includes Maintenance Day Rodeo:
Wednesday breakfast, rodeo, lunch and afternoon education sessions.
Thursday: education sessions.
The Wednesday evening social is not included and you will need to add to your registration if planning to attend.
Member - Single Day Conference Registration – $210.00
Single Day registration includes all education sessions and lunch. Social not included.
Wednesday evening social will need to be a added to registration. No on-site registrations will be taken.
Non-Member Full Conference – $520.00
Includes Wed/Thurs lunches, (3) socials, education and general sessions, transportation and admission to awards gala at the Fox Theater, exhibit hall and (1) drink ticket at the Fox.
Non-Member Maintenance Day – $130.00
Registrations includes Maintenance Day Rodeo: Wednesday breakfast, rodeo, lunch and afternoon education sessions.
Thursday: education sessions and exhibit hall access.

Non-Member Single Day Registration – $275.00
Single Day registration includes all education sessions and lunch. Social not included.

Student Registration – $50.00
Students currently enrolled in a full time program are eligible for a $50 conference registration for education sessions only. No meals or socials will be included but can be added-on to your registration for an additional fee.
You must prove current enrollment by emailing a copy of current semester registration and ID to the Executive Director. Once confirmed you will receive a special code allowing you to register.
