Aquatic Facility Operator Course & Exam

BECOMING AN AFO
The Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) program is designed for pool operators and management staff in aquatic facility operation and management. Certification can be achieved by passing the AFO Certification examination. The examination is fifty questions AFO examination, with a score of seventy-eight percent (78%) or better.

Dates: November 17 & 18, 2015

Location: Education Room - North Mountain Visitor Center -

12950 North 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85022

Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm (day one check in at 7:30am)

Fee: $275 Full Course & Exam $100 Recertification

The course is a go and we have extended the registration deadline through November 16th

* There will be no refunds after October 15, 2015

APRA provides coffee and snacks and a list of local restaurants for all candidates to have lunch on their own.
