Manager vs. Leader by Steve Richardson

This session takes a deep look at the difference between what it means to be a manager as opposed to being a leader. We will discuss strategies to be an effective leader and approaches to get the best out of your team in a positive manner.

Dynamic Leaders - Kristie Riester, KR Dynamic Solutions

During this session we'll explore what makes effective leaders. You'll discover your leadership style and how you can apply that knowledge to become a dynamic leader that gets results. Knowing your strengths, areas for improvement and hot buttons can help you effectively communicate and lead your team with confidence.

Extraordinary Dialogue at Work: Stop Talking and Improve Your Career
