Achieving a deep level of personal well-being alongside professional success is actually possible. Spend a few hours with Kendria and leave with the tools you need to recognize and apply the art of a work/life balance.  

During the course you will learn how your personal and professional worlds link together and how to analyze the benefits vs boundaries in each to obtain your goals.

Learn how to recognize and apply the art of work/life balance that help us progress towards our goals of personal well-being and career success. We will look at how the two link together with an emphasis on benefits vs boundaries in order to obtain our goals.
