APRA Board of Directors Retreat

The Annual APRA Board of Directors Retreat will be hosted by incoming APRA President, Bryan Hughes, and the Town of Fountain Hills Community Services Department at the Fountain Hills Community Center.  We will hold a “brainstorming session” in the morning followed by a regular Board Meeting after lunch.

Topics of discussion will include:

• Proposed FY 12 Budget
• Strategic Plan
• Goals and Objectives
• Mission Statement
• Website/Membership Management Update
• Professional Development
• Member Recruitment and Retention
• Conference and Trade Show
