What the Conference co-chairs would like from the Conference Committee is:

Email Cindy Hunt if you are coming
Email Cindy Hunt if you saw things outside of your area that you would like to make a suggestion to change or improve for the future-I will take all of those suggestions and compile them and give to Erica and Crystal and Bill.
For your area only……at the meeting state the pros, then the cons and then your suggestions to fix the cons for your area.

We don’t want this to turn into a 3 hour meeting, which is why we are asking you to put any suggestions outside of your area in an email to me ( your opinions and suggestions are valued and we will share with the new conference committee), with the hope to keep this moving right along.
