Hershey's Track and Field 2013 Information Meeting

We encourage anybody that might be interested in or is running a local meet to attend this organization meeting. We will walk you through everything needed for the upcoming 2013 events. Here is the rough agenda that we will cover during the meeting. We will have food and drinks on hand for everybody to enjoy! Please feel free to forward this to anybody else that you think might be interested. If you know for sure you are hosting a event please make sure you register your event for the 2013 year.
