This workshop is for board members, branch officers, committee members and anyone else in a leadership role within the Arizona Parks and Recreation Association.

- Leadership roles and responsibilities
- Elections (timelines, responsibilities)
- Accounting (reporting, deposits, cash handling, check requests)
- Education (CEUs, communication with Professional Development & Membership Chair to avoid scheduling conflicts and redundancy)
- Website (editing pages, creating events, sending emails)
- Important dates and deadlines (BOD meetings, conference, magazine, Trailblazer)
