Parks & Recreate- "stop and have FUN"

Todd Davis will share his 35 years of experience in the field of recreation. As he talks about the increasing busyness of life, he will share tips on how to make and take time for fun as well as how sports, hobbies, community service help our emotional "well being".

The success of this presentation is for the participant to recognize the value of putting the activity on the calendar then value the time to "stop" or park and recreate. Attendees will receive a handout listing things they would like to do when they "stop" and how much time they would spend weekly on their recreation choices.

Lunch will be provided by Todd. During this working lunch he will present the opportunity to sit on the newly formed "Fun Council" linked with the Just Go Connect website. Todd is looking for recreation professionals to serve in order to help guide and invite others in their sphere of influence to join and participate.
