Regarding closing public restrooms, specifically in parks/trails, has anyone been consulting with law enforcement or health departments in relation to the homeless populations?  I know our restrooms, especially along our Loop trail, that are heavily used by homeless at this time which another issue we have been working with law enforcement and agencies on.  From past experience prior to COVID-19, closing public restrooms has created other sanitation issues.  We haven’t closed any as of yet.
