Hi Arizona! How do you recruit Contract Instructors?

• Do you have a job posting on your website? 
• Do you post that opening only when you have a need, or do you have it listed all the time? 
• If  you have it listed all the time, who manages that database of applicants? 
• How often do your review the applicants? 
• How often do you renew or reset your data base (how often do you remove applicants)? 
• Do you have a handbook or form you give your potential Contract Instructors to answer their questions? If so are you willing to share it?
