To receive the member registration discount, your APRA membership must be active and paid in full. New member registrations cannot be added to the system after June 1.
Member discount based on your membership status, not your agency. The system requires members to log in from the home page before member rates are offered.
If you register and pay at the incorrect rate, thank you for your donation. APRA will not make changes once payment has been processed.
No social or meal tickets can be purchased on-site.

System automatically cancels UNPAID REGISTRATIONS within 15 minutes. A credit card must be used to pay at time of booking.

Important Registration Payment Details
Registrations must be processed on-line using a credit card, P-Card or PayPal account at the time of registration. Any registration without a valid method of payment at time of registration is considered incomplete and will be automatically removed from the event.
A refund for half of the amount of the delegate registration fee will be granted to cancellations made in writing on or before May 31. No refunds will be given after June 1.
Registration may be transferred to another representative from your agency at no charge until August 1. Transfer requests must be sent in writing to email@example.com no later than August 1st. View full terms of registration.
Fee differences will be assessed if necessary due to membership status.

Food Allergies & Preferences:
While we do our best to be aware of food allergies and preferences, it is not always possible for us to accommodate food allergies and preferences at our receptions and lunches in the exhibit hall due to the large number of people being served. If you have specific needs, you may need to provide your own meals during those times. If you have any questions about provided meals, please contact our office.

APRA has been working closely with the host hotel to ensure all attendees a safe environment. To keep the risk of spreading Covid-19 to a minimum, anyone attending the conference must be responsible for their personal being.
